Minimum Stay, Payment, Cancellation, and Other Policies

Deposit & Payment Terms: The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay. There are no taxes. We only accept the following credit cards, American Express, Master Card, and Visa.

Check-in, Check-out: Check-in is after 2 PM. Check-out is at 11AM.

Cancellation Policy: We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur.

Therefore, our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows:

1. THE ENTIRE AMOUNT IS CHARGED FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY AND IS NON REFUNDABLE. Your deposit for more than a one night reservation is refundable up to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less a $25 dollar processing fee in the off season. (October 17-May1)

2. Within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the late cancellation fee. The same is true for stays that are shortened or for early departures. If we can rent the room, your balance will be refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee. You may also redeem your balance by scheduling another stay.

3. During our high season, May 1-October 17, deposits are refunded for cancellations 10 days prior to arrival, minus the $25.00 processing fee, EXCEPT FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY WHERE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT IS CHARGED AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. The late cancellation policy applies except for a one night reservation, within 10 days of scheduled arrival.

MINIMUM STAY: During the high season, May 1-October 19, a Two (2) night weekend minimum applies. For long holiday weekends a three night minimum applies.NOTE: Shorter stays may be arranged at the discretion of the management.

Damages to furniture, broken lamps, stains to furnishings, fabrics, chair coverings, sofa coverings, sheets, or any of the bedding, scratches on tables, bureaus, amoires will be charged to the guest responsible for cleaning, refinishing or replacement.

Non-Smoking Policy: The Inn has a strict NON-SMOKING policy. No smoking is allowed in any part of the inn.

Age Requirements: Regrettably, the Inn is not an environment suitable for guests under the age of 16.

Pets: Though we do appreciate you not wanting to leave your loved ones behind, The Inn cannot accommodate pets. However, a short distance from The Inn and on the way to one of many beaches, you may drop your loved one(s) at a nearby kennel.

Parking: One parking space is provided for each guest room, suite or residence. Please do not park in spaces provided for other rooms.Should you need additional vehicle parking options, please contact us directly.
