The Hydrangea Room is a delightful room. Among the luxury amenities,the cable TV with DVD and VCR player, the king size canopy bed with the cheerful hydrangea pattern, fine linens and toiletries, as well as a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, his and her robes and hair dryer, there are tastefully appointed antiques and a refrigerator stocked with mineral water. There is a view of Mill Pond and fantastic sunrises in the good weather.

THE GARDEN ROOM

There is a private entrance to the Garden Room. Located on the second floor of the B&B, amenities include a comfortable room with a period style. The queen brass bed is made for a comfortable sleep with a feather bed in addition to a pillow top mattress to sink your body into, wonderfully soft pillows to rest your head on, fine linens, remote control for the flat screen cable TV and DVD player and lamps on either side of the bed for reading. There is a CD player alarm clock and a refrigerator stocked with mineral water. There are his and her robes, fine toiletries, and showers with body sprays.

THE HOLLY ROOM

Views of Mill Pond can be seen from the Holly Room . On sunny summer days one can stretch out on a chaise, enjoy the sun, listen to nature or read and relax. There is a private entrance to this room. The amenities include a queen size canopy bed, a comfortable feather bed topped mattress, fine linens, cable TV with DVD player, his and her robes, shower with body sprays, fine toiletries, period decor,and refrigerator stocked with mineral water.

Minimum Stay, Payment, Cancellation, and Other Policies

Deposit & Payment Terms:

The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay. There are no taxes. We only accept the following credit cards, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Cancellation Policy:
We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur. Therefore, our cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows :

1. Your deposit is refundable up to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less a $25 dollar processing fee.

2. Within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the late cancellation fee. The same is true for stays that are shortened or for early departures. If we can rent the room, your balance will be refunded minus a $25.00 processing fee. You may also redeem your balance by scheduling another stay.

3. During our high season, May 1-October 19, deposits are refunded for cancellations 10 days prior to arrival. The late cancellation policy applies within 10 days of scheduled arrival. NOTE: Shorter stays may be arranged at the discretion of the management.

MINIMUM STAY

During the high season, May 1-October 19, a Two (2) night weekend minimum applies. For long holiday weekends a three night minimum applies.

Non-Smoking Policy: The Inn has a strict NON-SMOKING policy. No smoking is allowed in any part of the inn.

Age Requirements: Regrettably, the Inn is not an environment suitable for guests under the age of 16.

Pets: Though we do appreciate you not wanting to leave your loved ones behind, The Inn cannot accommodate pets. However, a short distance from The Inn and on the way to one of many beaches, you may drop your loved one(s) at a nearby kennel.

Parking: One parking space is provided for each guest room, suite or residence. Should you need additional vehicle parking options, please contact us directly.
